The H-class SCR(B) series dry-type power transformer is a new generation of protective products. It has advantages such as good heat dissipation, no need for molds, flexible design, and resistance to lightning strikes. The longitudinal multi-air channel has self-cleaning properties during operation. It features computer-optimized design and low loss. It is a new generation of moisture-proof, dust-proof, safe and environmentally friendly dry-type impregnated and wound transformer.

The core is made of high-permeability cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel with seven-level overlapping seams and no punching, reducing process losses and no-load losses. The fully automated shearing line forms the core in one piece, minimizing noise caused by the core structure. Flexible design and timely delivery ensure production is unaffected by molds, shortening the production cycle for non-standard products by one week. The automatic intelligent control system uses three-phase temperature monitoring with 485 communication for remote monitoring. The high and low voltage coils employ a multi-channel structure for excellent heat dissipation, eliminating the need for forced air cooling and allowing safe operation under 120% load during peak electricity consumption. The high and low voltage coils undergo multiple vacuum pressure impregnation, baking, and curing processes, resulting in high mechanical strength and resistance to external forces and instantaneous current surges without affecting normal product operation. The main components of the transformer have a heat resistance temperature of over 180℃ (Class H), with core components using DuPont Nomex paper for high and low voltage insulation, achieving a heat resistance temperature of over 220℃ (Class C).

The coils are non-combustible and do not release harmful gases, making them environmentally friendly. They also possess strong moisture-proof, dust-proof, and dirt-proof capabilities. It can be successfully powered on at any time when the humidity is 95%.
