Non-encapsulated H class dry transformers
Non-encapsulated Power Transformer OEM available
The SG(B) series non-encapsulated H-class insulated dry-type power transformer boasts strong thermal shock resistance, high overload capacity, flame retardancy, high fire resistance, low loss, low partial discharge, low noise, no harmful gas production, no environmental pollution, insensitivity to humidity and dust, small size, crack resistance, and easy maintenance. Its advanced design, reasonable structure, and aesthetically pleasing appearance are key features. Its main performance indicators surpass domestic standards, maintaining excellent electrical and mechanical performance throughout its service life.
Therefore, it is suitable for harsh environments with high fire resistance requirements, large load fluctuations, and polluted and humid conditions, such as airports, power plants, metallurgical operations, hospitals, high-rise buildings, shopping centers, densely populated residential areas, and special environments such as petrochemical plants, nuclear power plants, and nuclear submarines.
Both high-voltage and low-voltage coils utilize Nomex insulation material resistant to temperatures exceeding 220℃, and undergo multiple solvent-free impregnation and high-temperature baking curing processes using VPI vacuum pressurization equipment. The high-voltage coil employs a continuous structure with high mechanical strength and excellent heat dissipation, avoiding the drawbacks of multi-layer cylindrical coils such as high interlayer voltage, poor heat dissipation, susceptibility to thermal breakdown, and low mechanical strength, thus improving product reliability. The low-voltage coil utilizes a foil-type, longitudinally arranged, high-current spiral structure. The impregnated coil exhibits excellent moisture resistance, is more impact-resistant, never cracks, exhibits no partial discharge, and is easily decomposed and recycled after its lifespan, protecting the environment.
