Marine Power Transformer

Our company's SCD series marine transformers are designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of CB/T4388-2013, GJB 621A-99, GB/T 22194-2008, GB/T1094.11-2007, and GB/T10228-2015. The products have undergone rigorous inspection and approval by the ship inspection bureau. Compared with older products, the new CSD series marine transformers are approximately 15% smaller in size, 15% lighter, and have approximately 20% lower losses. They are widely used in ships, offshore platforms, and other applications for lighting, power, communication, or grid isolation.

1. The core is meticulously constructed from high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, meticulously stacked with 45° fully oblique joints, reducing no-load loss and no-load current.

2. The high and low voltage windings are made of 180℃ high-strength enameled wire, F or H grade double glass-insulated wire, or composite insulated wire.

3. The transformer enclosure is made of high-quality steel plate, with a structure that fully considers air circulation while effectively preventing dripping and rodent ingress.

4. The terminal block is designed inside the enclosure; incoming cables can be easily and reliably connected to the terminal block through the filler on both sides of the enclosure.

5. The entire transformer body is impregnated with paint, providing strong resistance to moisture, dust, and dirt.

6. It is safe to use under vibrations, impacts, and roll angles ≤22.5° and tilt angles ≤15° generated during normal ship navigation.
