The 35kV series oil-immersed on-load tap-changing power transformers feature advanced design and high-quality materials. All indicators meet the national standards GB/T1094 "Power Transformers", GB/T6451 "Technical Parameters and Requirements for Three-Phase Oil-Immersed Power Transformers", and GB20050-2020 "Energy Efficiency Limits and Energy Efficiency Grades for Power Transformers". This product features a stepped core stacking method, a departure from traditional core stacking processes. This improves the internal magnetic circuit distribution of the core, resulting in a 20% reduction in no-load loss, no-load current, and noise compared to traditional stacked cores, and a 10% reduction in load.

Using oxygen-free copper wire with lower resistivity and undergoing a series of additional surface treatments, the surface is smoother and free of burrs and sharp corners, further reducing transformer load losses and enhancing electrical reliability.

The spiral coil with longitudinal oil channels provides better internal heat dissipation; improved coil end-face support enhances short-circuit current resistance; and a new hoisting and body positioning structure ensures greater reliability during long-distance transportation and operation.
